Hi,
I am developing a payroll system so for that i need your help in preparing employee legder. I have taken following entries but dont know to which account i should assign emplyee code (subsidiary account).
when advance & loan given to employee.
Advance salary a/c 4000
Employee Loan a/c 5000
Cash a/c 9000
When months salary due
Salary Expanse a/c 15000
Advanse Salary a/c 2000 (monthly deduction)
Employee loan a/c 1000 ( ====)
Provident Fund a/c 200
EoBI a/c 50
Salary Payable a/c 11750
when salary paid
Salary payable a/c 11750
Cash a/c 11750
